In the 2006 Wake County Parade of Homes we won the Bronze award in the $600,000 price range, and in the 2007 Johnston County Parade of Homes, we won the Gold award in the highest category of the $550,000 and up price range. Currently, we have a building lot inventory that are priced for homes in the $400,000 to $550,000 price range. We also have remodel projects in the Raleigh and Wake Forest areas.
